Both these coaches address the psychological component for success and a good coach MUST to do that.
You can have all the tools in the world but if your mind says: "I can't do that", you won't be able to USE any of these tools-at all.

Overcoming my own resistance

I don't know about your level of stubborn resistance but mine is off the charts.
Combine my baby-of-the-family  "I can do it myself!" attitude with my general rampant rebelliousness I resisted getting coaching for WAY too long.
I ended up spending, I mean wasting, huge amounts of money learning everything the long and hard way.
